I have been receiving a few complaints about the mobile template of my blog. That's why I have enabled the desktop version for the mobile devices. Also I don't know whether or not you guys have noticed a few changes that I have made to this blog but in order to aid you in navigating through previous chapters I have added a search toolbar on the right side of this blog. Plus there is Blog Archive on the top of the main page which can be used to look in to the past posts. I hope this will let you enjoy the book without too much tussle.

Everybody has their own way of enjoyment. In any amusement park there are always two types of people. One who will enjoy the rides in a very systematic pattern and style and the other who happily enjoy the rides without any reservation.
Wang Kai obviously belonged to the second category. I felt strange to see a big man, say twenty eight years old, playing in the park like an elementary school student. If I did not know better I would think he was a retard. Furthermore, he was the same guy who strongly opposed the idea of going to the amusement park earlier and now seeing him in this condition like there was no other place as fun and interesting as this amusement park in this world, Good Heavens!
Because of my overzealous boss, we had been playing in the park until it could almost be considered as park’s closing time.
Jumping down from the Ferris wheel Wang Kai laughed and asked: “Xiao Yan, what should we eat?”
On Wang Kai’s reminder, I slapped my forehead, suddenly remembered: “Oh, I have to go back and cook for Jiang Li…what time is it?” I said as he fished out his phone from his pocket.
Wang Kai disdainfully said: “Five forty…..It’s not time for dinner yet. Why don’t you call him and tell him that you will be a little late today.”
I nodded my head, was going to call Jiang Li but realized that my mobile phone was missing….I remembered putting it in the pocket of my trouser.
Seeing how I was not listening to him and fumbling with my pockets, Wang Kai asked: “Why, what happened?”
Distressed, I replied: “I think I have lost my phone.”
The key issue was that I did not even remember Jiang Li’s phone number…..
Wang Kai patted my shoulder and in a very encouraging tone said: “Lost is lost. Today you came out to take a break from the routine and enjoy yourself a bit. I am sure no one will fight with their spouse over a mere dinner.”
I thought these words did not fit on Jiang Li. Last time also Jiang Li and I almost got separated because of one meal. Although he had promised me that he would not bring up the topic of ‘separation’ so casually but the premise was that I would also not miss preparing dinner for him so casually.
Wang Kai looked at the awkward expressions on my face and ruefully said: “Okay, okay, I will send you back.”
I silently nodded, this was it. The other name of Jiang Li was Psycho and I was already very scared of his reaction.
Wang Kai in all his earnestness told me: “Xiao Guan Yan, you really have no position in your home.”
I cried in my heart, even you could see that!!!!!
Wang Kai chuckled softly: “Why don’t you apply for a sabbatical and then go somewhere nice with me?”
I rolled my eyes. Wang Kai’s rhetoric trifling was something I was already accustomed of.

The amusement park was quite far off from my home, about an hour’s drive, that was if there were a fewer to none traffic congestion. Therefore it took us nearly two hours to reach home after driving through heavy traffic jams. Ultimately I arrived at the main door.
I jumped out of the car, waving my hand a little at Wang Kai I was about to rush upstairs. But at this point of time I saw Jiang Li.
Carrying a bag of some sort, he was walking towards the main entrance from the other side, just like me. He looked at me. Embarrassed, I laughed a bit and greeted him: “Uh, What a coincidence…..”
Without waiting for Jiang Li’s reply Wang Kai quickly stepped out of his car. He walked up to me, handed me a paper bag, smiled and said: “Your clothes.”
I took it and forced a smile at him: “Ah, Thank you for today.” After all I was still a salaried employee at his office.
“No, today your services made me really happy.” said Wang Kai pointing a tooth bearing smirk at me.

Chapter 26.1
Jiang Li bullied me
